Of course during our Spring Break trip, while the girls were out to dinner with their friends, we slipped out for a romantic date. Palm Springs is a desert oasis that knows how to set the mood, and Zin American Bistro is no exception. This charming spot, located in the heart of downtown Palm Springs, offers a perfect blend of sophistication and warmth- ideal for a romantic dinner. With its crafted non-alcoholic cocktails and gluten free options, we picked perfectly!

From the moment you step into Zin, you're greeted with an ambiance that is cozy and speaks to a local spot that is one of the longest running restaurants in Palm Springs, for good reason! The cozy patio and restaurant with twinkling lights and lush greenery, creates a magical setting for an evening under the stars. Zin takes pride in its carefully curated menu, featuring locally sourced ingredients and gluten free options.

We chose the gluten free burger, along with a non-alcoholic espresso martini that were amazing! The bartender, you could tell, takes pride in his work, including the extensive alcohol free "alcohols" and expertly crafted cocktails. He created the non-alcoholic espresso martini by combining two types of Lyre's NA "alcohols" with a frothed egg white to add depth and texture to the cocktail. The burger was so rich, creamy with the melted cheese, and that bun! As purveyors of gluten free food, you know that not all gluten free buns are created equal, and this one, with its crunchy exterior and soft center, definitely stood out. The atmosphere and food were amazing, and my date was awesome:)
