We owe it all to our amazing parents, Mario and Tamara, who first set us down on this path with their dedication to whole, minimally processed foods.
Our journey hasn’t always been simple. One of us started tackling gluten-free living at a very young age—at six, battling severe abdominal pains that made it clear something had to change. Later on, a diagnosis of Celiac Disease at 14 transformed how we approached food for the rest of our lives. Through all the challenges of food allergies, autoimmune hurdles, and the stress of daily meal planning, Mom and Dad’s determination and care sparked our love for clean and simple cooking. Now, we’re proud to carry that torch forward, sharing our personal twists on gluten-free living with you every step of the way.
