A simple, feel‑good dinner that tastes way fancier than it actually is. Turkey meatballs are one of those recipes that are comfort food and leveled up dining at the same time. They’re easy, they’re healthy, and they somehow make even a random night feel like you’re eating something special. These ones are gluten‑free and packed with spinach, which means they’re not just delicious — they’re also secretly full of veggies, which is always a win. They’re tender, flavorful, and perfect with pasta, rice, salad, or even just dipped in your favorite sauce. Plus, they come together fast enough that you can make them between homework assignments without feeling stressed. Serve them with spaghetti squash, zoodles, your favorite gluten free pasta and you have a complete meal.
