Serve them with spaghetti squash, zoodles, your favorite gluten free pasta and you have a complete meal.


Ingredients

For the Meatballs

  • 1 lb ground turkey

  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

  • 2 cups fresh spinach, finely chopped

  • 1 egg

  • ½ cup Aleia Gluten-Free Italian breadcrumbs

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)


Directions

Mix the Meatballs

  • In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped spinach, egg, gluten‑free breadcrumbs, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, and onion powder.

  • Use your hands or a spoon to mix until everything is evenly combined.

  • Form the mixture into 12–16 small meatballs.

Make the Meatballs

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F.

  • Place the meatballs on a lined baking sheet.

  • Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until cooked through and lightly golden.

Serve

  • Add them to your favorite sauce, pile them on top of rice or gluten‑free pasta, or serve them with roasted veggies.
