A cozy, calm‑energy latte that tastes like fall and feels like balance. Some drinks are just… a vibe. And the Four Sigmatic Balance Half‑Caf Cinnamon Maple Sugar Latte is exactly that. It’s the kind of latte you make when you want something warm and comforting, but you also don’t want to feel like you’ve launched yourself into orbit with a full dose of caffeine. Half‑caf is basically the sweet spot — enough energy to feel alive, but not enough to make your hands shake while you’re trying to do homework. This latte tastes like a hug from fall itself: cinnamon, maple, a little sweetness, and that cozy, earthy flavor Four Sigmatic is known for. It’s simple, it’s delicious, and it makes your kitchen smell like you’re about to host a very wholesome brunch.
Ingredients
For One Latte
1 serving of Four Sigmatic Balance Half‑Caf coffee brewed as a coffee substitute
1 cup hot water
½ cup milk of choice (I love oat milk for this)
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon maple sugar (optional but amazing)
Directions
Brew the Coffee
Brew one cup of Four Sigmatic Half-Caf Balance mushroom coffee
Already smells amazing.
Warm & Froth the Milk
Heat the milk in a small pot or microwave until warm but not boiling.
Froth it using a handheld frother, blender, or by shaking it in a jar (carefully).
Frothy milk = instant café vibes.
Add the Flavor
Stir the maple syrup and cinnamon into the brewed coffee.
Add a tiny pinch of sea salt if you want the flavors to pop.
Pour the warm, frothy milk over the coffee mixture.
Sprinkle maple sugar on top for a sweet, sparkly finish.
